Happy New Year Tonawanda Families:
Please be reminded that any child that is presenting COVID symptoms MUST stay home from school until a COVID test has been administered. Please do NOT send children that have COVID symptoms or are sick to school.
Any child that has tested positive for COVID MUST stay home and is required to quarantine for 10 days. The recent change in the quarantine period to five days is ONLY for adults that are in designated professions, including school staff.
We continue to ask that parents/guardians of children that have tested positive for COVID immediately contact Mary Beth Scullion, District COVID Coordinator, at 71-694-7688 so that we can provide contact tracing (if necessary), determine the correct quarantine period, and arrange for student work to be organized and shared.
Please contact Mary Beth Scullion or your building principal with any questions.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership.
The Ken-Ton Bee sports page in the Dec. 29 edition has a Tonawanda Warriors boys basketball story by Gavin Lindahl. We found a free copy at Tops in the City of Tonawanda. Check it out.
