Dear Parents/Caregivers,

We are excited to share information about our Post-Prom celebration, which is designed to provide students with a fun, memorable, and safe way to continue their evening after Prom. Alcohol- and drug-free, chaperoned post-prom events are widely recognized as an effective way to reduce risky, unsupervised gatherings while still allowing students to celebrate together.

Our Post-Prom will be held on June 17th starting from 10:30 located at the Eldridge Club 17 Broad Street in Tonawanda.  Students may attend Post-Prom whether or not they attend the Prom itself, and there is no additional cost to participate in the post-prom activities. The night will include a variety of food, drinks, music, karaoke, activities, and prize drawings to keep students engaged and having fun throughout the event.

You can support a safe and positive evening by talking with your student ahead of time about your expectations for Prom and Post-Prom, confirming transportation plans, and knowing where your child will be throughout the night. We also encourage you to coordinate with other families, so that adults have a shared understanding about appropriate plans for the evening and agree not to host unsupervised events where alcohol or other substances might be present.

We are grateful for the generous support of our community and local businesses who help make Post-Prom possible. Every student who attends post-prom will leave with a prize- gift cards/certificates, TVs, computers, dorm refrigerators and more!

Prom and Post-Prom are milestone events in our students’ high school experience, and we appreciate your partnership in making the night both special and safe. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Smith or Officer Jason Balling at 716-694-7670.
