There were plenty of wagging tails and happy smiles as Maverick, the good citizen pup, stopped by for a special visit with our Tonawanda Elementary students.
Some of our littlest learners had the chance to spend time with Maverick, and they absolutely loved him. From gentle pets to excited greetings, it was clear that Maverick made a lasting impression on everyone he met.
One of the sweetest moments of the visit came when Maverick met a student who shares his name. The two Mavericks were both thrilled by the coincidence, making for a memorable photo and an even more special connection.
Visits like these are a joyful reminder of the positive impact a friendly, four-legged guest can have—bringing comfort, excitement and a whole lot of smiles to the school day.
