While technology has evolved greatly over the last 20 years, one constant in our district has been Chief Microcomputer Technical Support Specialist, Erin Wornick.
Wornick is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the district running smoothly. Her role includes account creation and maintenance, software distribution and network security support, ensuring students and staff have reliable access to technology.
Wornick said she takes pride in using her skills to support students and staff, noting it is especially meaningful to know her work helps students reach their goals.
Trevor McCabe, director of educational compliance and accountability, praised Wornick's long-standing impact on the district’s technology systems, adding that “she provides needed support in technology-based areas to ensure that students and staff have a strong platform to facilitate continued learning.”
Please join us in congratulating Erin Wornick on 20 years of service and thanking her for the commitment and expertise she brings to the Tonawanda City School District.
