10 years, congratulations, sara rosiek

With a career that includes special education in Kentucky, outdoor education in Rhode Island and Illinois, and several stops in between, Sara Rosiek ultimately found her way back home to Tonawanda.

Rosiek has spent the past 10 years as a teacher assistant at Tonawanda Elementary School, working in co-taught classrooms and supporting students and teachers alike. She values being part of a dedicated staff and says her goal has always been simple: to be as helpful as she can.

Rosiek considers the students the most rewarding part of her work, and they bring her joy every day. She is especially grateful for the opportunity to lead the TES Writing Club for the past three years, helping students discover their voices.

TES Principal Rob Ross praised Rosiek's impact with the Writing Club, saying, “Her goal is to have students express themselves and grow to see writing as a powerful method of communicating.”

Please join us in congratulating Sara Rosiek and thanking her for the care and dedication she brings to TES each day.
