For over 25 years, Tracy Carncross has made it her mission to instill a love of learning in her students.
She is currently a Teacher Assistant in both the morning and afternoon sessions of the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program at Tonawanda Elementary School, teaching them important life skills. While Carncross says she especially enjoys working with the youngest learners, she has also worked with students up to third grade, including the special education classrooms.
