Teaching a second language is more than just teaching words and phrases, and that is something Cindy Gregoretti understands in her role as Tonawanda Middle and High School French teacher.
For over 25 years, Gregoretti has been immersing her students in the French language and culture every day. She teaches seventh and eighth graders, plus high schoolers taking French levels 2-5, with French 4 and 5 serving as dual enrollment college courses.
Through her work and dedication, Gregoretti's colleagues credit her with helping the students of Tonawanda City School District grow into well-rounded, respected adults.
