For the last five years, Tonawanda City School District has been lucky to have Vicky Neal on the team. She is a vital member of the elementary school, working as a teacher aide for children with special needs.
With more than 25 years of experience even before she joined TES, she is an important resource for new colleagues and never hesitates to help any child or adult when asked.
According to TES Principal Rob Ross, Vicky uses many strategies to empower and support her students to be their best and she takes the time to build relationships with her families.
Vicky says she truly loves what she does.
