Dear Families/Caregivers,
Our winter concerts will be rescheduled for January because the auditorium remodeling project has encountered unanticipated complications and is taking longer than expected. After reviewing the available options, our music department and administration team decided that moving the concerts to January would best support our students and their performances while allowing additional time for the renovations to be completed.
We understand that families look forward to these performances and that this change may require adjustments to your plans. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and flexibility. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring auditorium where students can learn, perform, and share their talents for years to come. Allowing the necessary time to finish these improvements will help ensure a space our entire school community can enjoy and take pride in.
The revised concert schedule is as follows:
High School Concert: Wednesday, January 13, 2027
Middle School Concert: Wednesday, January 20, 2027
We will also host an art show near the auditorium during the concerts, featuring student artwork from grades K–12. We invite you to enjoy the displays and celebrate the creativity of our student artists while attending the performances.
Our students and music teachers have been working hard to prepare, and we look forward to celebrating their talent and dedication with you.
