The Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) organization is a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring and developing young leaders, volunteers and innovators. Its mission is to empower students to create positive change in their schools, communities and beyond.
Each year, HOBY hosts leadership seminars for high school sophomores, offering hands-on leadership training, service-learning opportunities, and motivational experiences designed to help students grow as leaders.
