Dear Families/Caregivers,
The safety and supervision of our students remain a top priority at Tonawanda Middle/High School. To maintain an orderly and secure environment after dismissal, the following procedures will be in place for all middle and high school students:
Door 3 will continue to be the point of entry for all visitors, returning students (ex: BOCES) until 4:00pm. Students remaining in the building after dismissal must be under the direct supervision of a teacher, staff member, or coach.
Any student-athlete waiting for practice for an event must report to the High School Cafeteria unless they are staying with a teacher for academic support or exiting the building at dismissal time.
If a practice or athletic event begins after 4:00pm, student-athletes must leave the building and return at their scheduled practice or event time. Students are not permitted to remain in the building unsupervised.
Beginning at 3:45pm, students will be escorted from the high school cafeteria to their designated areas for departure or after-school supervision.
We appreciate your cooperation and partnership in helping us maintain a safe and structured environment for all students. If you have any questions about after-school procedures, please contact the Middle/High School Main Office or the Athletic Department.
